Ingredients

  • 1 oz
    La Favorite Coeur de Canne

    white rhum agricole; or similar blanc agricole

  • 1.5 oz
    Lillet Rosé
  • 0.75 oz
    Pineapple Gum Syrup

    Small Hand Foods recommended

  • 0.5 oz
    Lime Juice
  • 1 dash
    Angostura Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 oz
    Soda Water

Instructions

Combine the rhum agricole, Lillet Rosé, pineapple gum syrup, lime juice, and Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake until well-chilled. Strain into a wine glass over fresh ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wheel and a pineapple wedge.
