Pistachio-Infused Cognac

Ingredients

  • 25 oz
    Cognac - VS
  • 24 grams
    Pistachio

Instructions

Combine 750 ml of Cognac with 24 grams of pistachio paste in a blender and blend for 2–3 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a sealed container and place in the freezer for 24 hours. The following day, strain the infusion through a coffee filter to remove solids. Store refrigerated for up to one month.
