Angostura, for garnish
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice and dry shake vigorously to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Fine-strain into a chilled coupe. Finish with a decorative swirl of Angostura bitters on the foam.
