Rich Demerara Syrup

Ingredients

  • 2 parts
    Demerara Sugar
  • 1 parts
    Water

Instructions

Combine demerara sugar and hot water in a saucepan or heatproof container at a 2:1 ratio by weight or volume. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Allow to cool completely before bottling. Store refrigerated for up to one month.
