Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    Almond Milk
  • 225 grams
    Demerara
  • 225 grams
    Standard
  • 1 pinch
    Smoked Salt
  • 0.75 oz
    Faretti Biscotti
  • 0.25 oz
    Cognac - VS
  • 1 barspoon
    Rose Water

Instructions

Gently heat almond milk in a saucepan over low heat until it just begins to simmer — do not boil. Add the Demerara sugar, granulated white sugar, and smoked sea salt, stirring until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in the Faretti Biscotti liqueur (or amaretto), Cognac, and rose water. Allow the mixture to cool completely before bottling. Store in a cool, dark place (refrigeration is not recommended). Best used within one month.
