2 ozLondon Dry Gin

0.5 ozHidalgo La Gitana Manzanilla
or any quality manzanilla sherry

0.5 ozComoz Blanc Vermouth
or any blanc/bianco vermouth

0.25 ozGiffard Piment D'espelette

8 dashesBitter Truth Celery Bitters

3 drops
a few drops to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a Sweety Drop pepper.
