Salted Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 liter
    Heavy Cream
  • 150 grams
    Superfine Sugar
  • 3 grams
    Flaky Sea Salt

Instructions

Combine heavy cream, superfine sugar, and sea salt in a container. Whip together until the mixture is aerated and combined but still liquid in consistency. Refrigerate and use within 10 days.

A lightly sweetened, salted whipped cream that remains pourable — used as a float on the Bombardino.
