Ingredients

  • 2 oz
    El Tesoro Blanco Tequila Hona

    or other blanco tequila

  • 1.5 oz
    Grapefruit Juice

    fresh pink grapefruit juice

  • 0.75 oz
    Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz
    Simple Syrup
  • 2 oz
    Topo Chico

    added to the glass before the shaken mixture

  • 1 pinch
    Salt

    for full rim

Instructions

Salt the rim of a Collins glass, then pour the Topo Chico into the bottom of the glass and set aside. Combine the tequila, pink grapefruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into the prepared glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.
