Add one cup of crushed ice to each tin and flash-blend with a spindle mixer until smooth. Pour the entire contents into a large vessel (at least 3-quart capacity). Pack with additional crushed ice until completely filled, ensuring the ice surface is solid for garnishing. Float the Champagne over the top just before serving.
