Instructions
Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, guava purée, whisky, both rums, grenadine, green Chartreuse, and maraschino liqueur in two mixing tins, dividing equally. Add one cup of crushed ice to each tin and flash-blend with a spindle mixer until smooth. Pour the entire contents into a large vessel (at least 3-quart capacity). Pack with additional crushed ice until completely filled, ensuring the ice surface is solid for garnishing. Float the Champagne over the top just before serving. Garnish with tropical fruits, edible flowers, and large straws.
