Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz
    Mezcal
  • 0.5 oz
    Lime Juice
  • 0.5 oz
    Tomr's Tonic

    a sweetened tonic syrup concentrate

  • 0.5 oz
    Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 to top
    Negra Modelo

    or similar dark Mexican lager

  • 1 slice
    Cucumber Slice

    for garnish

Instructions

Combine the lime juice, tonic, sweetened ginger juice, and mezcal in a shaker tin with ice. Shake until well-chilled, then strain simultaneously into an ice-filled Collins glass while topping with the Negra Modelo so they meet at once. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
