Sour Apple Juice

Ingredients

  • 1 parts
    Massenez Green Apple Liqueur
  • 1 pinch
    Vitamin C Powder

Instructions

Pass whole green apples through a juicer, or core them and blitz in a blender. Strain the resulting liquid through a muslin cloth to remove solids, reserving the pulp for the Apple Pulp Syrup. Stir in a small amount of vitamin C powder to halt oxidation and preserve the bright color.

Fresh-pressed green apple juice stabilized with vitamin C powder to prevent oxidation. The reserved pulp is used to make the accompanying syrup.
