Ingredients

  • 1 oz
    Appleton Estate Signature

    or similar Jamaican rum

  • 1 oz
    Cocchi Americano
  • 1 oz
    Aperol
  • 0.75 oz
    Lemon Juice
  • Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic

    chilled

Instructions

Combine the rum, Cocchi Americano, Aperol, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice. Top with chilled Fever-Tree Spiced Orange Ginger Ale. Garnish with a half orange wheel.
