    Junipero Junípero Gin

    or other high-proof London dry gin

  • 0.75 oz
    Laird's Bottled-in-Bond Apple Brandy
  • 0.75 oz
    Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao
  • 0.75 oz
    Lemon Juice
  • 0.33 oz
    Simple Syrup

    1:1 sugar to water

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
