Instructions
Combine the overproof vodka and powdered sumac in a sealed glass jar. Let the mixture steep for 3–4 days, shaking occasionally. Strain through a very fine tea strainer to remove all solids. Decant into a dasher or dropper bottle. Store in a cool, dark place for up to one month.
