Instructions
Combine the hot water, sugar, and roasted sunflower seeds in a blender. Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh chinois, pressing to extract as much liquid as possible. Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate until ready to use.
