    Punt e Mes
  • 0.5 oz
    Amaro CioCiaro
  • 0.25 oz
    St-Germain
  • 1 oz
    Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters
  • 0.5 oz
    Lemon Juice
  • 2.5 oz
    Fever-Tree Premium Indian Tonic

    Chilled; top after straining

Instructions

Combine the Punt e Mes, Amaro CioCiaro, St-Germain, bitters, and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice. Shake until well chilled. Strain into a wine glass over ice. Top with chilled cucumber tonic water. Garnish with a cucumber wheel and a strip of orange zest.
