  • 25 oz
    Cardamaro
  • 40 g
    Tahini

Instructions

Combine the Cardamaro and tahini paste in a large bowl or container and whisk vigorously until fully incorporated. Allow the mixture to rest at room temperature for 10 minutes. Strain slowly through a coffee filter until clear. Store refrigerated for up to one month.
