Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz
    Barbadillo Manzanilla Sherry

    or any quality manzanilla sherry

  • 1.5 oz
    Fords Officers' Reserve

    Fords recommended

  • 1 dash
    Sherry Vinegar
  • 1 dash
    Olive Brine

    onion brine

  • 1 each
    Cocktail Onion

    pickled pearl onion

    for garnish

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a pickled pearl onion.
