Ingredients

  • 1 cube
    Demerara Sugar

    soaked in Angostura bitters

  • 2 dashes
    Angostura Aromatic Bitters

    to soak the sugar cube

  • 5 oz
    Vilmart & Cie Grand Reserve Champagne

    or similar quality Champagne

Instructions

Saturate a demerara sugar cube with Angostura bitters and drop it into a chilled Champagne flute. Slowly pour the Champagne over the cube, allowing it to fizz gently. Garnish with a long lemon pigtail twist.
