To rinse the glass
Instructions
Rinse a chilled coupe with pastis, swirl to coat, and discard the excess. Combine gin, Lillet Blanc, Cointreau, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into the prepared coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
