granulated sugar, to taste
Instructions
Roughly chop ripe tomatoes and place them in a colander lined with cheesecloth set over a container. Allow the tomatoes to drain naturally, collecting the clear tomato water below. Stir in a small pinch of sugar to taste. Carbonate the tomato water using a soda-maker just before use.
