Vanilla Lactic Syrup

Ingredients

  • 500 grams
    Simple Syrup

    1:1, sugar to water

  • 4 grams
    Vanilla Extract

    Tahitian

  • 2 grams
    Lactic Acid Solution

    powder

  • 1 pinch
    Salt

    kosher

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine simple syrup, vanilla extract, lactic acid powder, and salt. Whisk together until the lactic acid and salt are fully dissolved. Transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate for up to 4 weeks.
