Instructions
Working in batches, blend the sugar with the milk until fully dissolved, then transfer to a large container. In batches, blend the eggs with the milk mixture at low speed until thoroughly combined. Transfer to another large container and stir in the bourbon, rum, Madeira, cognac, and heavy cream. Pour the mixture back and forth between containers several times to ensure complete integration. Funnel into bottles and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 weeks before serving, though aging for several months to 2 years will yield superior results.
