Wheatgrass Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 liter
    Water
  • 40 grams
    Wheatgrass
  • 1 parts
    Evaporated milk

    Equal weight to the strained wheatgrass liquid

Instructions

Combine the wheatgrass and water in a blender and blend for 30 seconds. Strain out all solids and weigh the resulting liquid. Add an equal weight of evaporated cane sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
