White Wine Simple Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 parts
    White Wine
  • 1 parts
    Granulated sugar

Instructions

Combine equal parts white wine and granulated sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat, allow to cool completely, then transfer to a sealed container and refrigerate.

A 1:1 syrup made with white wine in place of water, adding subtle vinous complexity to cocktails.
