Instructions
Combine all ingredients in an iSi soda siphon with the thin interior tube removed. Charge the siphon, shake the canister, and refrigerate for a minimum of two hours — overnight yields best results. When ready to serve, hold the canister upright and very slowly release the pressure by gently pressing the lever in small increments over about 30 minutes, returning it to the fridge between each release. Once pressure is fully released, carefully unscrew the top and pour the carbonated cocktail directly into a coupe. Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist.
