Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz
    Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz

    1:1 white wine to granulated sugar

  • 1 oz
    Aperol
  • 1 oz
    Absolut

    or other premium vodka

  • Soda Water

    to top

Instructions

Combine lemon juice, white wine simple syrup, Aperol, and vodka in a shaker with a small piece of cracked ice. Shake briefly, then strain into one half of the shaker tin. Top with soda water and pour everything into a chilled Collins glass over an ice spear or cubes. Garnish with an orange slice.
