Instructions

Combine the green tea–infused gin, lime juice, and garden syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass over a spear or cubed ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with fresh seasonal herbs such as basil and mint, and serve with a straw.
