Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz
    Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto
  • 1 oz
    Fino
  • 0.75 oz
    Lemon Juice
  • 2 oz

    House-carbonated coconut water with coconut extract; see component recipe

  • 1 whole
    Lemon Hart 151

    For garnish

Instructions

Combine the Italicus, fino sherry, butterfly pea flower syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass over a Collins ice spear. Top with coconut soda and garnish with a lemon leaf.
