Ingredients

  • 2 oz
    Monkey Shoulder

    or other blended Scotch whisky

  • 0.75 oz
    Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz
    Laphroaig

    peated Scotch float; quantity to taste

Instructions

Combine the blended Scotch, honey-ginger syrup, lemon juice, and ice in a blender. Blend until completely smooth and slushy. Pour into a footed glass. Gently float a measure of peated Scotch over the top of the drink. Serve with a straw and a paper parasol garnish.
