Instructions
Combine the eau de vie and a splash of soda water in a chilled footed glass. Fill the glass with pebble ice, then add the raspberry shrub. Stir gently to integrate the ingredients. Top with additional pebble ice to create a mound. Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve with a straw.
