Instructions

Combine the lemon juice, Seedlip Garden, wheatgrass syrup, and Wilderton Lustre in a large container. Pour the blended mixture into the yogurt and stir to combine, then let it rest undisturbed for 1 hour. Line a chinois with a coffee filter and pour in the mixture. Once the liquid begins to drip slowly, swap out the collection vessel to discard any cloudy initial output. Allow the batch to fully strain through, then refrigerate overnight before service. To serve, stir and strain over a large ice cube in a double Old Fashioned glass. Express a grapefruit peel over the surface and discard.
