2:1 cane sugar to water

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice until well-chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Present alongside pickled hami melon, pickled cucumbers, pineapple scrap and oyster shell tincture, and kombu citrus oil as accompaniments and garnishes.
