Ingredients

    Bacardi Reserva Ocho

    or similar aged rum

  • 0.5 oz
    St-Germain
  • 1 oz

  • 0.75 oz
    Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 oz
    Agave Nectar
  • 1 whole
    Dehydrated Citrus Wheel opt

    dehydrated

  • 1 pinch
    Dried Butterfly Pea Flowers opt

    for garnish

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel and a pinch of dried sorrel.
