    Buffalo Trace

    Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream

    Heavy Cream
  • 1 pinch
    Salt
  • 1 dusting
    Cinnamon

    Espresso

    finely ground, for garnish

  • 1 sprig
    Mint Sprig

Instructions

Add the bourbon, date syrup, coffee liqueur, bourbon cream, heavy cream, and salt to a cocktail shaker with a single large ice cube. Shake vigorously until the ice cube completely melts and the mixture achieves a thick, milkshake-like consistency. Pour into a fizz glass. Garnish with a light dusting of finely ground cinnamon and espresso powder, plus a mint sprig.
