    Beefeater
  • 0.5 oz
    Singani 63

    brandy

  • 0.5 oz
    Dolin Blanc
  • 0.25 oz
    Lychee Liqueur

    Giffard Lichi-Li

  • 1 dash
    Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 dash
    Absinthe
  • 1 twist
    Grapefruit Twist

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Express a grapefruit twist over the surface of the drink, then discard.
