    Seedlip Notas de Agave
  • 0.67 oz

    House-fermented, alcohol cooked off; see component recipe

    Rooibos Tea

    Brewed and cooled; Sloane Fine Tea Merchants recommended

  • 1.17 oz
    Soda Water

    High-carbonation preferred

Instructions

Combine the Seedlip, cranberry wine, mandarin oleo saccharum, and brewed rooibos tea in a highball glass filled with ice. Add the soda water last, then use a barspoon to gently lift all the ingredients together from the bottom of the glass—avoid vigorous stirring to preserve the carbonation. Serve immediately.
